Donation of Furniture in Good Condition

We collaborate with social organizations (Cáritas, Red Cross, AFA) that collect furniture in good condition for families in need or charity sales. If your furniture is suitable for donation, the cost of the clear-out is reduced.

Do you handle furniture disassembly and reassembly?
Yes, we are furniture experts. Our professional team handles disassembling your furniture at the origin and reassembling it at your new destination.
Is packaging included in the price?
Professional packing is included in all our standard moves — boxes, bubble wrap, technical blankets, and ink-free paper. It is only charged extra if you request packing the day before the move (premium service) or loose materials for you to pack yourself.
Are the prices fixed, or can they change after the move is completed?
We always provide a written fixed-price quote before starting the move. The agreed price is the final price — with no unexpected extras. The only exceptions are changes requested by the customer during the service (adding a stop, packing more items), which are agreed upon at that time.
What insurance does my move have?
All our moves are insured with Mapfre for up to €10,000 on the furniture transported. For higher-value shipments we offer custom enhanced insurance (works of art, antiques, professional equipment).
How far in advance should I book the move?
For moves within Asturias, 2–3 days' notice is enough. For national moves (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia), we recommend booking 7–10 days in advance to secure your date.
